The easy plan! Consistency is the best option! I’m going for a bit every day as it’s better than blasting out the long ride and not getting fitter. Now I’m off work for a few days the plan is to ramp up the distance to give a bit of a cushion for going back to work. BUT… I’m also getting used to pushing the pedals again… so I either have to go harder or longer. I think for the moment I will go longer and keep the effort a bit more constant. It’s a while until my first tri this year so time to build from next to nothing! The kitchen bike is not a patch on being on the road but it’s warm and easy to fit in! 86 miles done and the rest waiting.
