Week one…

Not a massive amount of training done this week! Was still tired from last week and starting work was a tiring business.

Finished the week off with a bit of an effort at Parkrun (for a change). I came 6th in 20.53. Nowhere near my PB but going in the right direction for a change – and after 10 miles on the bike. Weights are going ok and I’m putting in the time on Pressups and situps as well. Hopefully will start to see the difference soon. The main issue – as always – is the food. Got to get a handle on portion size and other stuff like the grape!
