The way back…

40 mins easy spin last night. Not got out of bed yet but felt OK! Fingers crossed! My shoulder still has a big knot but hopefully my leg is getting stronger. 

Thinking about a standing workstation! 

Also, picked up my Garmin variofit thing! Big brother on the monitor!! Quite interested to see how far I walk and how my sleep was!
