So, can you guess where the pain in my calf exploded?? Mmmm!
Still got in under 26mins for the 5k – walking the last bit. Shame really. I’ve not had a calf injury for a couple of years! Now a bit of thinking as to how it has come back!
- Turbo has flats and not cycling shoes on leading to tight legs and therefore [obviously] not enough stretching!
- Running in the wrong type of trainers [with tight legs… see above!]
- bla bla bla… more reasons!
I think all of the above! Nice time for an injury!
