Isn’t it amazing the stuff you can do with a ‘coach’ or session leader during a class. I can barely do a side plank at home but get quite into strength and conditioning class.
In the midst of all the grunting etc during the last class we did some lunges. And wow! Did that hurt my knees. I’m guessing I have a major weakness around something! It felt like my kneecaps were being ripped off!
Interestingly the exercises are really making training at the moment. It’s wet and horrible, so this one hour session really helps focus the mind!
