Pretty sore! 

With long runs of 6 miles the recovery from a marathon was always going to be painful! DOMS!! Tuesday morning now and things are loosening up! The marathon never really fell into my plan but it’s done. Maybe next year I can pb there. With abut of effort on the longer runs?!? Knocking off 15 mins or more. Target speed 7.45-8 min miles should be ok. 

  
Recovery needs to follow a marathon but I have ‘The Stinger’ to get ready for. A cheeky MTB off roadduathlon. 5k 20k 3k. Think that’s the 11th Nov. 

So, finish off the week with some easy running. Conditioning on a Friday. Parkrun PB attempt on Saturday and a MTB  ride on Sunday after Lucas’ Jr. Parkrun if he wants.
