Diet seems to be ok today but not loosing weight! Something odd going on there then! I’m not consciously cheating! Don’t think it’s 100% accurate but shouldn’t be too far out! Surviving on 1500 calories a day for a 6′ quite heavy set man isn’t an awful lot!
Decided to have another rest day today. Need to do a bit more remedial work on my legs and still feeling tired. Suffering a bit from not sleeping too well! Hopefully Emmie will sleep a bit longer tonight / this morning!
Bike to work tomorrow I think (might check the weather first!).
