Sunday was a quick bike ride. Only 45 mins but quite enjoyable in my base layer and short sleeved shirt. Nice.
Monday… A ride to the run, the Huff and Puff run and then a shorter ride home. The ‘race’ was attempted to keep under 75% MHR but the Codden hill experience is a bit more brutal than that. Managed to keep under 80% so still zone 1 at 79%.
No niceness in the run though. Very tight chest and had to put up with some lesser runners 😉 being faster than me on my MHR plan!
