… well club training tri!
The day started ok. My arm wasn’t too badly hurting during the swim! I’ve had quite a long time out of the pool. Probably should get it going now with the swim training.
The bike… had quite tired legs from the week. All went ok. Tried to fix my indexing but that didn’t really do much good with the bottom few rattling around like a good un!
The run was painful but I stayed under the 4.30 per km for 6.something km. So, happy enough – especially as there were some climbs!
