Yup… weak! Not feeling too strong! Have still managed my Jantastic 100%. Bit of a cheat on the swimming as it was more sculling BUT I’m injured so best I can manage. 2 weeks off the proper stuff may help.
I wasn’t feeling great at PR yesterday, coming in just under 22 mins, after a hard bike effort. Not a long distance bike but plenty powerful!
62% of max that run… 20k – not that impressive. But I am feeling like rubbish at the moment… so a rest may be in order! Will be jetting off to the Roman Baths tomorrow with school… hopefully will get a bit of a sit down!
