Thursday: Didn’t get in from work and sat down until 9.30am after a 7pm start… so nowt.
Friday: 48ish mins on the spin bike. Comfy pedalling.
Saturday: Bit of a bike loop to Parkrun and home from Parkrun. The 5k timed Parkrun was quite good this morning.
Getting better – or just trying harder?
Anyway… been a terrible week for training. Got the Braunton 10 tomorrow. So that should be fun! Especially after swim training. Rush rush!
