So, nearly 15 mins more than last week! Result. Only goodish thing is that I didn’t swim so thats an hour and 15 mins more on running and swimming. Been very moody though. Think thats more to do with work rather than training!

Almond milk, peanut butter, spinach, natural yog, banana, blueberries! Just need to cut back on the cofee now!
