Tuesday…

Still on track!

15 min bike this morning. 5 min warm up then 5 min hard gear before 5 min spin.

This eve 53 mins easy – 2 loops of the hospital hill loop. HR starts high and then dropped to 74% MHR. This zone 1 stuff is very easy but pays off in the long run. Hard today as a jogger zipped by me! Don’t chase… don’t chase!! lol
