Saturday started with Parkrun. And included a 1.5 mile run on the beach pulling a nearly 4 year old through the waves on a body board. Well, not quite started as I woke at 4 got up at 4.40 and did some work. I then did an hour on the bike.
Sunday was / is a bit more relaxing. Managed some more sleep. Did a bit of work. Ran 6 miles and swam 1.2k.
Still tired but not as stressed. However, got some thresholds to come in so may get very stressed soon!
Oh and had a few beers this weekend. Scales tomorrow should be fun!!
