Running around in circles! Get that feeling eh?!?!
Good session tonight ahead of race day Sunday. 3 bricks. 10 min bike to start each brick. 2 mins standing, one over geared and then spinning for the rest. The runs… First 1.5 miles at 10k pace, second 1 mile at 10k pace and the third 1k at 5k pace. I ran averages 7.45, 7.15 and 6.45 very well within myself and felt great.
Just had tea and now to catch up with sleep.
