Day #238: and relax… for now.

The weekends dramas are over. A swift visit to the old health pro’s have put ‘our’ minds at rest. All good. Happy for now.

The day went by today. Very nervous but a tremendous relief. Had an afternoon at home with Jo. Then went for Lucas. We had a ride around the block and then after tea I had a run. I have taken to doing a bit of training on a full stomach. Apparently it helps with the digestion in the latter stages of the tri. While it wasn’t a bad run – normal really – i did have to sprint upstairs on my return! Quite a challenging last mile.



Weight was 83.3kg this am.
