Day 231: KOM

I did 2 laps of Codden Hill today on the mountain bike. Only a 6 mile effort but plenty of workout for the legs! Image

 

Took some time off my KOM pb. The best bit was looking at my AHR for the same loop in November…

13 seconds faster and 13bpm less. Happy with that – and I wasn’t near max at 140. 145 is 75%. Will have to give it some beans next time!
