Day #245: bricking it!

Yesterday’s brick session was good. First time I’ve run in a few days. Was concerned about my niggles but everything held up.
10 min warm up
5 lots of bike (1 min standing, 2 mins seated high cadence, 1 min standing, 2 mins seated high cadence) each into a half mile run. I decided to run this at my half marathon pace (not 5k pace).
Times were 3.28, 3.21, 3.11, 3.08, 3.12 so not a bad effort on busted legs.
To top it all off I rode there and back!
