Day 237/8: holiday reps

Reps is a bit of a laugh. I have decided not to run this week as I’m on holiday. My legs are in a bit of trouble and the old foam roller is taking a bit of a hit this week.
10 reps of… (Each leg)
Hamstring
Calf
Quads
ITB (crying by now)
Then massage with baby oil and volterol.
Then stretching!

All things I should have been doing religiously for ages!! DOH!

Oh! And drinking coffee!
