Day 225-229: Time slips away



Well, a busy week! A bit of training but more coffee and meetings! A tough run this morning. Three parts 13.5, 3.2, 2 miles. A long run at a bit over marthon pace (not feeling great at the moment. Then a 5K Parkrun and then a run home.

New trainers today. They are brooks ones – Pureflow. They were very nice. Not too fast but very cushioned, Great until I got quite a blister on my left foot. Bit painful! No pain in the ball of the foot though.

Foam roller on the floor as soon as I got back and been feeling it today! 462 calories in 1752 out. It would seem like I am in great deficit whatever I do. Not sure I liked the drink either! SIS Energy. Complex sugars!

Need to work on this fuelling! Mothers day tomorrow! No training!
