Day #217: So what is good for me?

Watched a film yesterday about diet. It reaffirmed some messages but was still quite interesting. The most interesting point was don’t drink fruit juice in the morning. It shuts down your body into fat storage mode! Anyway, I have lost a bit again now I’m back on it!

We will see!


Egg and plum Toms on Wholemeal Bagel

Nuts and seeds (2 handfuls), 3 small dried apricots

Pasta Bolognese and 2 slices garlic bread

2 bananas

2 Coffee

1 fruit tea


Wholemeal bagel with butter – 1 avocado, tomatoes, olives, bit of feta, olive oil, pepper

2 bits of toblerone
