Day #216: Long bike?!?!

Busy Sunday! A run to swimming (3miles), 1 hour (3k) in the pool and finished off with 2hrs on the spin bike – should have been 3 but feeling a bit tired! 5.5hrs training in 2 days is ok. Need to have a bit of an effort on some miles in the next couple of weeks! The 1/2 Iron is on the first of June. 2 and a bit months!

Back to work tomorrow so the training week will go like this… I hope…

Monday – 1 hour bike

Tuesday – Easy run – 30 mins

Wednesday – NDTri Spin – 1 hour

Thursday – Rest

Friday – 1 hour bike

Saturday – 20 mile run (inc Parkrun)

Sunday – Practice for the in-club tri – bike and run
