Day #206: Spinning

Wow! Spin class is a challenge! For some reason my HR won’t go up! Worked like I don’t know what for an hour and my max HR was 153!! Mind you it did drop to 89 within a minute and a bit.


Bagel and poached egg with plum tomato

Banana, nuts and seeds (handful x2)

Jacket potato and tuna with a bit of salad

packet of dried apricots, packet of dried apple and walnuts, small orange

2x bottles of water

2x coffee

Chicken chilli and rice with 2x mini wraps

Tri of toblerone
