Day #205: Rest day 2

Second rest day before the bike session tomorrow! Lots of work going on so need my sleep. Not getting easier to train! Did 1000m (approx) dry swim tonight.

Food today went a bit wrong BUT was 85.2kg this morning. Which is good from the ‘no more bad stuff day’. However, today is shrove Tuesday. Pancakes!!

2 weetabix blueberries semi skimmed milk
Half cup fruity tea
Baked potato with tuna salad
Bake well slice
Seeds and nuts 1 handful
Pasta with chicken
2 real pancakes with maple syrup
Glass squash
