Day #195/6: End of the eat anything phase!

Exercise-Bad-Diet

 

Thing is… I don’t really have a bad diet! I just eat too much! But that is linked to needing fuel! Bit of a balance though! Starting tomorrow:

Breakfast – eggs and tomatoes on wholemeal bagel – sports bottle of water

Snack: fruit and handful almonds

Dinner: Baked Potato with Tuna

Snack: fruit and handful of nuts

Tea: sensible portion! Chicken or fish with lots of veg or pulses

Drinks: Water – 2 bottles a day min/ Zero cal drinks / milk / coffee – max 2 a day / fruity or green tea

Protein bar after exercise or milk and banana

Treat – 1 square of choc at night
