So what’s going on here? Club spin class was interesting. It was a good workout – apart from me not getting near the ‘target’ HR for the sessions! So, I’m either really unfit on the bike or really unfit! Interesting! Think I have been going easy for too long now!?!? Anyway, I’m blaming the kit. I have dropped by max HR by 10 for the bike! Will see where that takes me as I’m NOT really unfit!
