…it was all going to pot – you have a nice session! First set of numbers is the return run, first is the out run.
6 miles out and 6 back. Nice and flat. Run easy. Easy being 75% AHR and at marathon pace from last yr – 8.30 – 9 min/miles. So plus 30 secs. No energy taken – just breakfast of a bagel with peanut butter, banana and honey.
