So did an hour on the bike this morning. Felt okish this morning. HR of 44 – about right. Maybe 4-5 beats high but not overtrained. Better than normal to be honest. Catching up on a bit of sleep. The bike was fine. Put a bit of effort in but AHR was low. Had a bit of protein to recover, seemed to be ok.
Maybe I’m sickening for something. Either that or I’m going to get sick or something! Hope not. But it’s feeling like it!
