Think my fatigue is starting to dissipate. I’m having bits of good humour. I seem to have had a multi problem convergence. My boss is causing me stress, my increase in training load is causing me stress, my son ruined my sleep stopping my recovery – which causes stress. Hopefully, it will be over soon. I’m having another easy week. Two rest days so far. I will be careful as I did a rest week last week but still did 8 hours and the same sessions! A bit silly. I obviously can’t absorb that amount of training / stress.
Off to sleep zzzzz.
