Well, week 2 of double double hasn’t ended too well. I am wiped out. Need a good nights sleep. Can’t really be down to the training as I haven’t ridden etc too hard BUT combined with work and stress over the last couple of days. I feel an easy week might be the order of the day – or week. Hopefully will get some energy back for my rest day tomorrow. Problems with the nutrition? Did have dinner but no snacks and not enough water! Bad combination. Will have to NOT have meetings on double bike days!
