So I set out for a really easy recovery run. Legs are tired and I have not long since had tea! Heart rate 89%!! So I stop and walk and it drops within a couple of seconds. I start jogging (barely) and it goes up again – not as high. I stop it drops. After the second stop it stayed quite low. The speed I was running should have been around 70% MAX. Very strange!
