Day #150: Back to tired!

That’s today over then. Back to a constant tired feeling and that’s just one day! 5 weeks and 4 days until my next hols! Settled for Dry swimming tonight and will catch up with a run later in the week! I MUST remember that I need 2 days rest and recovery from running or I break!

Positives… being sensible!
