Started off today with a slightly elevated HR. 45bpm instead of around 40. So, just getting over the hard weekend. Quite a long day at work and then a webex to listen to meant I pedalled slowly while listening. Bit of resistance on the wheel but nothing too much! Going to follow up with a leg rub! Thinking about having a crack at my 5k pb on Saturday! See how I feel. Also, seem to be going through a chocolate phase at the moment. Could be dangerous!
