Mon: Spin (1hr) did 35mins

Tues: Rest: Away overnight for a meeting went for a 5 mile run

Wed: Run (45 min) nothing

Thurs: Spin (1hr) nothing

Fri: Run (30 mins) 5 mile run

Sat: Parkrun (22 min) and mountain bike (3xCodden) (1.5hrs) did PR and 2 laps of Codden

Sun: Run, Swim and Committee meeting (45min/1hr) swim but no run

This week… Easy week!

Friday Light Spin
Saturday PR and Mountain Bike
Sun Swim and easy run
