Feeling rubbish today. Swimming was ok. I never felt best but seemingly my watch said I did a 1.04 pace for my best 100m! Still can’t figure swimming. Feel rubbish all day after a swim. Didn’t even try all the time today as I had fins on and they take the effort out a bit! Maybe something to do with the alcohol! I think I need to construct a decent idea about training. Seems like too much effort in two days isn’t great for me!
