If I’d known it was a full moon tonight I don’t think I’d have chosen the route I’d ran tonight. Up from my house into the ‘foothill’ (not quite) of Exmoor and down some pretty spooky lanes. Head torch, tail light, reflective strips and ankle bands were all that stopped me becoming road kill – nearly didn’t work on a few occasions. Didn’t get eaten by anything but had that funny feeling!! Lack of consistent running has made my legs feel like lead. Still 6.4miles at 71% AHR and 1.02 mins isn’t bad for an easy hilly run. BUILDING!
