Zentri had an interesting bit on his podcast that I listened to tonight! Happiness is how you deal with how life IS and the excuses you make to say it OUGHT to be like this.
I think this is where I am with my life and training. I think I ought to be doing something but the actual fact IS that I can’t fit everything in. I push to try and fit my life to how I think it OUGHT to be and I’m not happy with how it is.
This I need to work on! POSITIVE: My life is good and I OUGHT to enjoy it more without putting myself under pressure. IT IS WHAT IT IS!
