Day #63: hey ho

The Sufferfest Station!
Worked quite hard on the Downward Spiral video. Heartrate maxed out at 133. My running max is 180ish. I could have pushed harder I suppose but static bike work is hard to get hr up! Running goes through the roof then settles down. Sometimes 86% then down to 65-75%. Complicated business. Legs are sore though! My in bed resting HR was 38bpm this morning! I think that’s too low ! Must be getting fit??
