Day #48: intervals

Intervals are a lovely thing… I love them…

No… Can’t … I hate them! They hurt!
Oh well, off to the tri cave! Dread Mill rollers!!

Positives: it’s only 30 mins!

5 min warm up – 12kph (Mara)
4 min at 14 kph (1/2 Mara); 1 min at 15.7kph (5k) x 3
10 min cool down – 12kph

Mmmm… not sure that worked! Don’t think my Dreadmill translates KM/H into the correct leg speed! Re-think of interval speeds in need!
