Day #38: So, how did it go?

Looking back at my proposed training for this week…

Aim 10 hours… Achieved 8:05

Not too bad. Some early morning sessions were dropped and swimming is impossible for an hour before work. So, all in all, with the work week that I have had it was quite a good effort!

Now I have to go about planning my next training week!
