Day #33: A two session day!


Nice start to the day with a swim. Swimming slowly to swim fast. Working on power and technique over swim speed. Cruising about at 1.45/100m. The nice start stops with getting dried and throwing on clothes before rushing to work. Sitting in the car sweating into my clean shirt and feeling hungry!

Work sandwiched in the middle of 2 training sessions. A good day today and didn’t feel tired after swimming. Think I ate too much though! The scales will tell tomorrow!

Running. A steady hour at around marathon pace +/- 30 seconds. Nice run. Shame it’s getting dark now! Nearly head torch time.

Rest now = bed!
