Nice training today. I have decided to go very easy on the running for a while. Try and maintain but not worry too much about any long distance. The reason for that is that I know I have marathon run legs but I need to get the bike sorted so that I can complete 112 miles comfortably at 21 mph. I want to get off the bike knowing I can run decently. That means a lot of effort into the bike over the next few months. I will build in the running after Christmas.
Having a laugh at the pic! How are you supposed to make any sense of that??
Positives: I am going to tear up the track after a 112 mile bike!
